With our AGM happening at the start of October (Thursday 2nd) this is a reminder to Members to please get your nominations for Council and Office-Bearers to us by six weeks before - that's by Thursday 21st August at the latest! The nomination form is in the member resources on this website - log in, and go to Society Documents (member downloads).
And the invitation to the AGM is there too. (There was a wee typo in the version in The Historian - it gave 15th August as the nominations cut-off, but it's actually 21st August, so you have an extra week to get the form in.) Please make sure for nominations that you get your nominee to indicate their willingness to stand, either by signing the form or sending us a separate email so that we know we have their agreement.
Once again, the AGM is a 'hybrid' meeting to enable members outwith Dundee to participate and hear Sheena Wellington, our guest speaker. See the invitation to the AGM for the email to register your intention to attend via zoom.
