Welcome to our website. The term ‘Tay Valley Family History Society’ or  ‘The Society’, or ’us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 179-181 Princes Street, Dundee. The Society is registered as a Charity in Scotland, No. SC 016560. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website, who may be a Member of The Society and thereby able to log into the Member’s Area, or a visitor to the website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use, which relate to your use of the material, information, photographs, logos or any others displayed by The Society, and to any material which you may contribute to the website.

Members are enabled to control their own personal data, in their private profile. Also, this site includes an interactive Forum for Members to share queries, stories or photographs and assist with the queries of other members.
